Love you.

Today’s Mission

May 4, 2010

I will carry my camera around all day.  I haven’t taken photos of anything in so long, and it’s such a beautiful day.  We’ll see.  I’ll post them tonight.

Oh, Serge…

Museum Mile

February 21, 2010

Today marked the first of many visits to New York City’s Museum Mile.  I left at about 6am this morning with the art department.  The plan was to see the MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) and the Met (Metropolitan Museum of Art).  I started at the MoMA.  While walking up 5th Ave to the Met I stopped in somewhere else to look at some pretty things for no reason in particular (not documented here), then took a stroll through Central Park.  After an hour or so at the Met I snuck off to the Guggenheim, and then back to the Met for dinner.

Hello (So long), Frank Lloyd Wright

et cetera…

Pollock shmollock, I could do that…

Could it be?

Yes, Andrew Wyeth!

Honestly, tried everything I could to get away from Pablo today and couldn’t…

Not Picasso

Random piece for the kids to look at, thought it was kinda neat…

Almost missed this one, actually.

Goodbye MoMA

There she be, THE MET

Unfortunately the camera died a few minutes in, only to be resurrected when I found the Monet’s.  My fragile heart…  One of the defining moments of my life.

Hello again, Frank Lloyd Wright.

Nothing else to see here.
